Bridal Concierge Process 

Step 1. Initial Consultation

Step up an appointment through our appointment section on our menu. From there our Head Gemologist and Founder Brianna will schedule a call with you via phone or email. Brianna will then go over common questions like shape, style and budget to help assist you toward building your custom ring. 

Step 2. Diamond Selections 

Once we have the proper information from our initial consultation our Head Gemologist and Founder will set up a time for you to view diamonds. This can be done at our NYC & Saratoga Springs offices or remotely via FaceTime or Zoom. From there Brianna will give you a full education on the Four C's. She will show you 4-5 diamonds below, at and slightly above budget. From there we can narrow down our selection to what we like and what we can eliminate. 

Now Setting...

Our settings are all custom and hand made in NYC. Anything is possible when it comes to creating your ring. We do have samples of our best selling engagement rings that you can chose from as well. All pictures and videos are welcomed! 

Step3. Diamond & Setting selected

When is payment due?

A 50% deposit is required to secure a diamond and start the manufacturing of your custom ring. The balance is required at delivery and your approval of the finished product.

Forms of accepted payment

We accept checks, wire and credit card payments. 


New York State sales tax of 8.875% is collected on orders picked up in store or shipped to addresses within New York State. If you are located outside of New York State, Her Rock is not obligated to collect sales tax.

Upon Pick Up


Once your ring is complete, we will provide you with an appraisal and additional paperwork that you can present to an insurance company. We recommend Jeweler’s Mutual as the most reputable, easy to work with company for stand alone jewelry insurance policies.
