Our Process
Every piece we create is custom-made and handcrafted just for you. From selecting the perfect diamond to designing the final band, each step is tailored to your style and vision. Whether in person or virtually, you’ll experience the same seamless, guided process from start to finish.
Step 01
Getting to Know You
After scheduling an appointment, you’ll meet with one of our expert diamond consultants for a 15-minute consultation.
We’ll learn about your inspiration, walk you through our process, and answer any questions—allowing us to curate a diamond selection suited to your preferences.
Step 02
Your Appointment
During your appointment, we’ll guide you through a hand-selected assortment of diamonds chosen specifically for you. We begin with the center stone, as it sets the foundation for the overall design. Virtual appointments mirror the in-person experience, with high-definition photos and videos and the diamond showcased on your consultant’s hand.
Step 03
Designing Your Ring
Once your diamond is selected, we move into the design phase. A deposit is required and applied toward your final invoice. You’ll receive a detailed 3D CAD rendering reflecting your diamond’s exact measurements and band details, with two complimentary rounds of revisions included.
Step 04
Crafting Your Piece
After final design approval, your ring is handcrafted in New York City by our expert jewelers to precisely fit your diamond. Production typically takes 8–10 weeks, with accommodations available when timelines are tighter.
Step 05
Your Finished Ring
Once complete, we’ll send you videos of your finished ring for approval. After approval and final invoicing, we’ll arrange for in-person pickup or secure delivery. Your ring arrives with its diamond certificate and insurance documentation—ready to be cherished for a lifetime
