Our Appointment Process

  1. Initial Consultation: Let’s have an initial consultation. This consultation is a 15-minute discussion to learn more about you and what you are looking for in your custom ring. We will provide high level education on lab grown diamonds, and we will discuss budget and timeline as well as explore diamond shapes together.
  2. Curated Diamond Consultation: Now that we know what you’re looking for, we will curate a collection of diamonds to meet your specifications. This is typically an hour meeting either in-person at one of our showrooms or through a virtual appointment.
  3. Customization: Once you have decided on a diamond, we will select the perfect setting. All of our rings are handcrafted by our expert jewelers in NYC and can be customized to your vision.
  4. Let's Make Your Ring: Once we finalize your design we collect an initial deposit and start the production of your ring. All of our settings are handmade and crafted to fit the precise dimensions of your diamond and require a production timeline of 6 to 8 weeks.
